A: You don't mention if English is your first language, but judging by your spelling errors and grammar I would suspect it isn't. So, depending on where you want to be an ambassador, you will need to ensure you have a grasp of another language other than your native one. Generally, you are an ambassador for your own country, but could live in another country. There is no training per se, (for example, you cannot take a course in becoming an ambassador), but you would need to be politically aware of world situations as they pertain to your own country. For many countries, you must also be part of the political stream - you cannot represent your own country in another's without knowing home politics. Check with your own country's system - try finding out who is an ambassador for your country, and email them.
As for Human Resource Management - most prefer training within that field - and there are many post-secondary institutes that offer excellent programs - again, you must check in your own country for what is available, or consider an online degree. Your business administration diploma will be invaluable for this field. Again, depending on where you intend to work, you will need to check local government sites for information on the scope for HRM. And always remember, your scope is only limited to what you want to do. As you have taken two degrees now from post-secondary institutes, both of these schools will have a Career Guidance department with information on your local choices.
But first, a strongly suggestion, if you want to work within North America, you should raise your knowledge of English.
